These terms and conditions are between Pizza-Click.com and the customer. The shop owners have special contracts.

2. Applicability

  • The customer's general terms and conditions only apply to the shop's offers and services.
  • For each order there is a concluded contract between the customer and the shop. Pizza-Click.com has no responsibility and / or liability.

3. Offer

  • The shops use additives and ingredients for the food and drinks that can cause allergies and / or incompatibility. If you have any food allergies, we recommend you to contact the shop by phone before ordering.
  • The offers on the website are published with the name of any shop with the shop information. Pizza-Click.com does not control the information and has no responsibility or liability for it.

4. Contract between the shop and the customer

  • The shop can only execute the contract if the customer submits correct or complete contact details when placing the order.
  • The contract between the shop and the customer begins when the customer selects the order item and at the end of the ordering process clicks on the "Pay and send order" button.
  • After ordering, it will be automatically forwarded to the shop.
  • The customer is obliged to be available by email or phone until the order is received.
  • If the customer wants to pick up the order, he should be there on time as agreed. If the customer has the order delivered, he should be present at the specified delivery address.
  • When delivering alcoholic drinks or products, the customer is obliged to show the age identification in the event of questions, otherwise cancellation costs in the amount of the entire order will be charged to the customer.
  • Tipping is voluntary and Pizza-Click.com has nothing to do with it.
  • The shop may cancel the order if the offer is no longer available or the customer has provided incorrect contact details.

5. Right of withdrawal

    1. which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

6. Order cancellation

  • Order cancellation by the customer is not permitted. It could be done with the shop understanding.
  • The shop may cancel the order if the offer is no longer available or the customer has provided incorrect contact details.
  • If the customer sends an incorrect order (e.g. incorrect contact details, does not pay, absence during delivery / collection, no identity card displays for alcoholic beverages, etc.), Pizza-Click.com may switch off the customer's access data and report this to the police.

7. Payments

  • After completing the order, the customer is obliged to pay the order amount. This payment can either be made online in the Pizza-Click.com website or in cash to the supplier immediately after delivery the order.
  • The shop gives Pizza-Click.com a power of attorney to receive the order amounts online from the customer.

8. Complaints

  • The complaints against the shop that is responsible for the entire offer are only valid in writing, by e-mail, fax or contact forms .

  • Shop: A shop that offers on the website.
  • Customer: A natural or legal person who is over 18 years of age and who orders from a shop via the website.
  • Order: The offers ordered from a shop via the website by the customer.
  • Shop informations: The information about the shop, which has responsibility for all products, services, texts, images and all other information in the own website in Pizza-Click.com.
  • Service: All the services that shops offer except Pizza-Click.com.
  • Tip: amount voluntarily paid by the customer to shop staff.
  • Contract: An agreement between the customer and the shop for an order (delivery / pick up / serve). Pizza-Click.com has no responsibility.
